Get outside in the morning and breath in the clean morning air, especially now that the weather is turning cooler in the morning. It connects you to the larger world, and to the beauty of nature around you. It makes the mind feel clear and sweet. Meditate if you have a practice and just enjoy the lovely sensations that you experience. If you don't have a meditation practice there are apps you can download with guided meditations. Express gratitute to the universe for at least one thing that makes you happy or that you are excited about.
